The structure of Toastmasters

Each Toastmasters club is made up of an executive. These positions are elected yearly by the club members. These positions include Sergeant-At-Arms, Treasurer, Secretary, VP Public Relations, VP Membership, VP Education, and President. Generally the Past President from the previous executive term sits on the executive as well.

A club, for reference, will generally have 15-20 members in it.

Every 4-5 clubs make up an area. The area is administered by an Area Director.

Every 4-5 areas makes up a division. The division is administered by a Division Director.

In District 96, there are 10 divisions. The district is administered by a district executive committee.
